Partner program terms

1. The deal

Approved partners earn 30% of net revenue from each referred user's subscription payments during that user's first 12 months as a paying subscriber. "Net revenue" means what RepBro actually receives after app store fees, refunds, chargebacks, and taxes.

Founding Partners — the first 20 approved partners — earn 40% instead of 30% for their referred users' first 12 months. The founding rate is locked to the partner permanently for as long as they remain in good standing: every user they refer, whenever referred, carries the 40% first-year rate.

After a referred user's first 12 paid months, commission on that user ends.

2. Attribution

Attribution happens when a user enters your referral code inside the RepBro app. One code per user account, first redemption wins, permanently — codes can't be switched or stacked later.

Codes entered after a user has already subscribed still attribute the user, but commission only accrues on payments made after redemption.

Self-referrals (redeeming your own code, or codes redeemed on accounts you control) don't earn commission.

3. Payouts

Commissions are calculated monthly, in USD, from our payment-platform records (RevenueCat / App Store), which are authoritative.

Payouts are sent manually once per month via PayPal, once your accrued balance reaches $25. Balances under $25 roll over.

Refunded or charged-back payments are deducted from your balance. If a deduction makes a paid-out month negative, it nets against future commissions.

4. Conduct

Promote RepBro honestly. No spam, no misleading claims (medical or otherwise), no implying you are RepBro or that RepBro endorses claims we haven't made, no bidding on RepBro-branded search terms, and no coupon/deal-site dumping of your code.

If your audience involves minors as a primary demographic, RepBro isn't the right fit — don't apply.

We can pause or end the program or an individual partnership at any time for conduct violations. Earned, legitimate commissions up to that point are still paid.

5. The boring-but-honest part

This is an independent-contractor relationship — nothing here creates employment, agency, or exclusivity in either direction.

You're responsible for your own taxes on payouts.

We may update these terms with notice by email; continuing to promote after notice means you accept the update. Material rate reductions never apply retroactively to already-referred users.

These terms are a plain-language v1 for a small, hand-reviewed program. If something here reads ambiguously, email us and we'll resolve it in the partner's favor where we reasonably can.
